Refund and Return Policy
Upon an order confirmation, a return or refund request will not be accepted.
However, a return or refund request (within 7 working day) can only be accepted under any of the
following situations:
1. In case a product has been damaged in transit:
- Please reach out to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
- Please share proper images and videos of the outer box as well as the
damaged product.
- The damaged product will be immediately replaced and a fresh product
will be sent to you.
- If there are multiple products in your order, only the damaged product
will be replaced within 7 business days
2. In case a product is missing in your order:
- Please reach out to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
- An un-boxing video of the package from the start is MANDATORY in
order to claim for a missing product. No requests for a missing product
will be entertained without the video.
- The missing product will be immediately sent to you. No refund against
the missing product will be provided. Only in case the missing product is
unavailable with us at the time, a refund will be issued.
3. All the products at Nani ka Pitara are completely natural and handmade, hence, alittle variation in color and texture is inevitable. We will not accept
requests for a return or refund on the basis of these variations. However,
please reach out to us if you find a spoiled product in your package and we
will look out for the best possible solution.
