The Desi Chatkara Combo brings together two of Nani ka Pitara's most-loved achars — each made in small batches, sun-dried, and crafted the traditional way with no artificial colours and no preservatives.

What's Inside

• Aam Guthli Achar – 350gm
  Made every July using seasonal Ramkela mangoes. Tangy, bold, and slow-matured in cold-pressed black mustard oil. Colour is greenish-yellow when fresh and deepens naturally with age — a sign it's ripening just right.
  Ingredients: Raw Mango (68.7%), Mustard Oil (13.7%), Salt, Fennel Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Mustard Seeds, Nigella Seeds, Asafoetida.
• Hari Mirchi Achar – 400gm
  Made fresh every week in small batches for a clean, lingering aftertaste. Fiery and punchy with a natural tang from amchoor and lemon juice. Best consumed within 3 months.
  Ingredients: Green Chilly, Fenugreek Seeds, Yellow Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Nigella Seeds, Red Chilli Powder, Degi Mirch Powder, Fennel Seeds, Asafoetida, Amchoor, Lemon Juice, Mustard Oil.

Serving Ideas

• Pair the Aam Achar with hot parathas, dal-chawal, or curd rice for a classic desi meal.
• Use the Hari Mirchi Achar alongside pakoras, samosas, or stuffed rotis for an extra kick.
• Add a spoonful of either achar to leftover sabzi or rice for an instant flavour boost.
• A great accompaniment to puri-sabzi or khichdi on a lazy day.

Storage Tips

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Always use a dry spoon — moisture shortens shelf life.
• Close the lid tightly after every use to keep the achar fresh.
