Karela (68.7%), Mustard Oil (13.7%), Dried Coriander Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Kalonji, Black Salt, Salt, Amchoor, Haldi, Degi Mirch, Red Chilli Powder, Hing.

Keep in cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
Don't use a wet spoon to scoop out achar.
Always close lid of glass jar after use to avoid any moisture intake into the jar
